Who we are

PurpleJamm is a collection of people who came together to create music for various advocacies. PurpleJamm is about making a difference and using music as a tool to make this happen. We are musicians, music teachers, music students, artists, instrumentalists, composers, arrangers, recording engineers and advocates who fervently hope that our songs will touch lives in ways beyond enjoyment and entertainment. While we believe that music celebrates life more profoundly than the most eloquently uttered words particularly when we use it to express our experiences, our hopes and dreams, our understanding of the world� and all those things that we cannot verbalize or explain - we know music can be used as a force to do good as shown to all of us so many times before. Purplejamm was created to make songs more than just an expression of our emotions� Purplejamm is the institutionalization of using music as a cure to help heal the world. We encourage all musicians to join us and contribute their talents so that collectively, we can bring hope to those that have very little to hope for.

PurpleJamm actively collaborates with 'Southern Musician', a music school that has been teaching kids of all ages for more than 10 years. 'Southern Musician' is literally the 'School of Rock' in Manila, Philippines. The school has taught hundreds of students some of whom have continued their musical education in top music schools all around the world. In time, these kids will be sharing their talents with Purplejamm along with the belief and conviction that they will do so to help others.
